Final video deadline 10th February 2012
Production work for the draft video will most likely begin week beginning Monday the 19th December.
Travel to Droitwich on Monday afternoon/evening - Meet with the artist and go to the location - Begin preliminary filming - Rough ideas from our plan etc.
Book a camera out if possible for over the xmas holiday to allow plenty of time and freedom for filming.

Wednesday the 21st December - A lot of time after college to spend most of the day doing more accurate filming and gathering a large amount the footage we will need to edit the draft video.
Over the weekend of the 24/25th will be when we finalise the filming s get any shots we have remaining.

Editing the draft video will then begin in lesson time on the first week back after xmas. Since some will will hopefully be done over xmas this will give us much more time to make sure we are totally happy with the shots and that we have got everything we need.
This will leave us with around three weeks of editing time during class (and free periods if needs be) which should allow a good job to be done.
